We want you to love your hereucollection.com purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Final sale items (marked as “Non-Returnable”) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return
- Log in to your account on hereucollection.com and go to “Order History.”
- Select the order you wish to return and follow the instructions.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please place a new order online and return the original item following the return process above.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping fees may apply depending on your location.
